Novell 4.2 Installation

Step:1 Preparation for Novell Installation
Dos Partition = 20MB ပိုင္း
Doctor Dos နဲ႕ System Transfer လုပ္ (မွတ္ခ်က္- Doctor Dos File System=FAT16)
A: ေအာက္က Dos ဖိုဒါတစ္ခုလံုး HDD ထဲ ကူးထဲ့ေပး
config.sys ကို လမ္းေၾကာင္းေျပာင္းေပး (change path a: to c:)

Step:2 Installation
Novell Installation CD ထဲ့ပါ
install
Language Setting
Choice Menu --->Netware 4.2
---> Custom Install
Server Name ---->
Internal Network number ---->Default
Copy server boot file
Startup.ncf ---->edit
*.ddi, *.ldi, *.ham
Disk and LAN Driver
-----> Continue Install

Step:3 Novell Partition
Manually
----> Create
----> Create Netware Disk --->Enter---F10
Return
Continue Installation

Step:4 Netware Volume
ၤFidelio Program အတြက္ဆိုရင္ Volume အနည္းဆံုး (၃) ခု ထားေပးရတယ္
1. "SYS" Volume ----> For Novell System
2. "PROG" Volume -----> For Fidelio Program
3. "USER" Volume -----> For Fidelio Data

Netware License ကို Diskette နဲ႕ ထည့္ေပးရတယ္
